Order Processing

Orders are processed within 3–5 working days after payment confirmation, subject to stock availability. All items are dispatched via DHL with delivery hours Monday–Friday, 7 am to 8 pm.

Delivery Times & Costs

• UK Orders:
  • Free standard shipping (3 working days from dispatch).
• International Orders:
  • Delivery within 8 days from dispatch (subject to customs clearance).
  • Free shipping on orders over £300; orders under £300 incur a £30 delivery charge.

Customs & Duties

• EU Customers: Taxes are prepaid; no additional fees upon delivery.
• Non-EU Customers: Responsible for local duties/taxes. DHL will contact you directly for payment before releasing parcels. We cannot estimate customs costs—consult your local authority.
• Refunds: Orders returned due to unpaid customs fees will be refunded minus return shipping costs1.
